More Dining Around: Buds & Bowls; Artisan Bread

  1. Just read the artisan bread story. Years ago, I taught myself the art/science of baking and did, in fact, use it as my daily therapy, or coping mechanism. As long and I had produced a loaf of bread at the end of the day, from whatever process I had chosen (artisanal included), life was good.

  2. It is great to see that Betsy Hunt is back in action on the food scene, and doing it from the heart, with such passion! And I loved reading your piece about Bobolink, I can never seem to get to where they sell, but I do mail order and that works too.
