Who knew? IPAs haven’t had their own glass – until now

Spiegelau’s IPA glass

Delaware’s Dogfish Head Brewery and Sierra Nevada have teamed up with Spiegelau to perfect a glass specifically designed to bring out the unique characteristics of India Pale Ale. Check out the story from the folks at Dogfish.  I’m not enough of a beer connoisseur to discern if the particular glass configuration they show makes sense, but I’m willing to give it a go. Actually, several goes.

Now here’s how to communicate good science!

I don’t usually post health-related anything. The closest I’ve come was, ironically, when I extolled these sugar cookies my group exercise instructor hands out each Christmas. Not especially helpful, I recognize. But this short video titled 23 and 1/2 hours about the single best thing we can do for our health is pure genius.
