Who knew? IPAs haven’t had their own glass – until now
Delaware’s Dogfish Head Brewery and Sierra Nevada have teamed up with Spiegelau to perfect a glass specifically designed to bring out the unique characteristics of India Pale Ale. Check out the story from the folks at Dogfish. I’m not enough of a beer connoisseur to discern if the particular glass configuration they show makes sense, but I’m willing to give it a go. Actually, several goes.
